libbit-vector-perl software package provides Perl module for bit vectors and more, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbit-vector-perl
libbit-vector-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbit-vector-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbit-vector-perl *
You will get with libbit-vector-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
